Community Service
One of the most lasting contributions to American life is that of making American communities better places in which to live.
Hundreds of different types of projects, designed for the betterment of communities, are sponsored by American Legion Posts each year. Every community is in need of many improvements, and local American Legion Posts take the lead in active, aggressive campaigns for community betterment.
