Veterans Day at the Capitol

January 22, 2025, is Veterans Day at the Capital. Veterans can meet legislators from the Iowa House and Senate to support the legislative agenda of the American Legion of Iowa.
A briefing will be held at The American Legion, Department Headquarters prior to the program at the capitol. Shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the capitol.

2025 Mid-Winter Conference

The 2025 Department of Iowa Mid-Winter Conference will be held February 13-16, 2025, at the Holdiay Inn Des Moines Airport.
